One of the artists exhibiting work at the festival will be Tashi Norbu. He grew up in Dharamsala and received traditional training in the art of Tibetan painting. Seven years ago he came to Belgium to study modern painting at Ghent.

Together with a number of monks from Dharamsala, Tashi wil create a sand mandala.
